PRECAUTIONS WHEN RECEIVING THE PURCHASED ITEM

  • Uncover the item by opening it from the top of the packaging

  • Do not try to remove the item from another section of the packaging, you could hurt yourself or damage the item

  • Do not store the item near heat generators (heaters, heat radiators, fireplaces, ovens, stoves, etc.) unless otherwise indicated

  • If the item is for a child, it must be used under the supervision of an adult, parent or legal representative

  • Do not store the item near household cleaning products

  • If it is a fragile item, open it very carefully. If you notice that the item arrived in poor condition, do not open it and proceed to return it, otherwise you could hurt yourself and lose the return or refund guarantee

  • Follow the instructions on the item

  • If there is a discrepancy between what you received and what you bought, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Policy

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • We will gladly accept the return of all items, except intimate apparel (lingerie, underwear, or swimwear), for a refund or store credit within 07 calendar days along with the return form. If you have any difficulties, please email contact@shopseasy.ca.

  • For hygiene reasons the "Intimate apparel"  (Lingerie, underwear, robes, swimsuits, among others) is not returnable, so we ask users to carefully review the item(s) being purchased before proceeding with the purchase.

  • If the purchase was made using a ShopEasy promotional ticket, the promotional portion of the ticket will not be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to limit or reject any return, which does not comply with our policies.

  • If the customer decides to avail himself of the return policy, he must do so within 07 calendar days from the day the item was received at the shipping address, as verified by the tracking number of the shipping company's shipping guide.

REFUND OR CREDIT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • The item must be returned within 07 calendar days from the day of receipt according to the tracking number used by the company to ship the order.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, free of damage to the purchased item (no stains, no smells of sweat, food, moisture, or damage to the garment)

  • The item must be returned along with the return form, indicating the reason for the return and with its original packaging

  • We reserve the right to limit or reject any return.

  • Download the return form from our website, complete it and attach it to the return.

  • The customer is free to use any company to return the purchased item.

  • By using the form you can upload the files you consider necessary.
