WARRANTY & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Fulfillment Guarantee Policy

 

We are committed to providing our customers with the fastest shipping possible. While our delivery times depend on our suppliers, most of our products come from countries in the European Community and Australia. Therefore, standard shipping is usually completed within 30 days.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a guarantee: if you do not receive your item within 45 calendar days from the date of purchase, we will refund your payment in full, deducting Canadian dollars for the shipping service. Additionally, if the item does eventually arrive, you can keep it free of charge.

CONDITIONS

  • This policy does not apply to wholesale purchases or resellers.

  • The total purchase amount must not exceed $ CAD 300,00 (Three Hundred Canadian dollars).

  • Our customers are kindly requested to enroll in our "Loyalty and Rewards Program" before applying for our Compliance Guarantee policy in order to have better service.

HOW IT WORKS?

​

1. A tracking number will be provided within 5 days of purchase.

2. Use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your item.

3. The 45 days fulfillment guarantee period starts from the day the tracking number is issued. Please make sure the shipping address is accurate.

5. If the item is not delivered within 45 calendar days, we will issue a refund, less CAD $ 30 of the courier cost.

6. If the item is delivered after the refund has been processed, it is yours to keep at no charge.   

7. The Items received after a refund has been issued under this guarantee can not be returned or refunded, under any circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

​

  1. You ( the customer) can cancel your purchase for a full refund within 24 hours of payment.

  2. You ( ( the customer) do not need to enroll in our loyalty and rewards program to cancel the purchase.

  3. If you cancel the order, please contact us at contact@shopseasy.ca and let us know the reason for your cancellation. Your feedback helps us improve our services.
